Abstract: In the inevitable trend of sustainable development, the demand for high-quality human resources through education and training is becoming increasingly essential. This is clearly reflected in the United Nations' Annual Report on the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). While Goal 4 explicitly addresses ensuring quality education for all, most of the remaining goals also require a highly trained workforce. This underscores the importance of frequent and effective innovation in the field of education and training for sustainable development.
