Abstract: Developing high-quality human resources is considered a strategic issue in the industrialization and modernization of Da Nang City in particular and the country in general. Based on the necessity of building high-quality human resources in the country's development strategy, this article analyzes the characteristics of Da Nang City and proposes several solutions to build high-quality human resources in Da Nang City.
