Abstract: Human resource (HR) is considered a crucial factor determining the socio-economic development of each country. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0), which has had a strong impact on all aspects of social life, the development of high-quality HR is increasingly valued. However, the HR in Vietnam have not yet met the requirements of the era. This article uses methods of synthesis, statistics, data processing,etc. To focus on analyzing the current situation and solutions for the development of HR in the context of IR 4.0.
