In 2015, the United Nations Summit proposed 17 sustainable development goals. After that, in 2020, the Government of Vietnam issued a Resolution on sustainable development, which emphasized the opinion that "people are the center of sustainable development".
Thus, human training and development is the most important factor for sustainable development. Therefore, Hanoi University of Science and Technology organizes the International Conference on Human resources for sustainable development with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
The Conference has received the attention of Vietnam Communist Party agencies, Government agencies, and international organizations such as the Central Propaganda Department, USAID, British Council, and Embassies of countries which have students studying at our university.
Furthermore, the Conference received many articles from researchers and managersment experts from countries with large economies in Asia (such as China, Japan, Korea), as well as other countries with developed industries in Europe (such as Italy, Russia, Slovakia).
