Abstract: From the perspective of corporate governance in Vietnam, ensuring employee benefits are in harmony with the employer's benefits is a complex problem. In particular, moderate harmony of interests ensures motivation for employees to contribute and stick with the business but does not affect the interests of the employer (business owner).
