Authors need to pay the cost for publishing proceedings, details as follows:

• Amount: US$ 100 (equivalent 2,400,000VND) for each article
• Beneficiary account name: Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) at Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Ha Thanh Branch
• Account number: 

• Transfer information: ICPT.HUST2023, Author's Name, Article code (displayed on the first line of this email)

• Deadline before January 8, 2024.

NOTICE:
To complete the procedures for publishing articles online (DOI index) and on conference proceedings (e-ISBN index), please kindly email icpt@hust.edu.vn with 2 attached files:
1/ The edited article file, with edited contents in red color (for articles that require editing)
2/ The photo of the transfer receipt
