INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ICPT.HUST 2023 WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE CENTRAL PROPAGATION COMMITTEE, INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND A LARGE NUMBER OF DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN RESEARCHERS

On December 14-15, 2023, the international conference ICPT.HUST 2023 with the topic "Human resources for sustainable development" took place at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The conference is held in both offline and online.

The topic of the Conference has important significance, associated with the viewpoint of the 13th Party Congress, identifying human resource development as one of three strategic breakthroughs. At the same time, the Government also issued Resolution 136/NĐ-CP on sustainable development, which emphasizes the view that "people are the center of sustainable development".
The conference was honored to have the participation of the representatives of the Central Propaganda Department: Mr. Đoàn Văn Báu - Director of the Department of Political Theory, Mr. Phạm Đức Tiến - Deputy Director of the General Department, Mr. Lê Huy Hoàng - Deputy Director of the Department of Education. Besides, Prof. Trần Văn Phòng - a member of the Central Theoretical Council directly discussed and exchanged opinions at the Conference.

The official sessions of the Conference take place on December 14 and 15, 2023 with 03 topics:

• The 1st session: Strategies and policies for human resource training for sustainable development

• The 2nd session: International experiences in developing highly qualified human resources and sustainable development
• The 3rd session: Orientations and solutions for human resource training and sustainable development for Vietnam

At the same time, many useful international experiences have also been shared by international scholars. In addition, there have been many articles providing useful directions and solutions for Vietnam's sustainable development, linking human resource development with culture and civilized values.
